KCCA invites proposals for consultancy services to provide construction supervision and contract administration for a design & build contract covering selected city roads and bridge structures under the Kampala City Roads and Bridges Upgrading Project. The assignment covers oversight of contractor performance, quality control, and contract administration for the execution of the selected road and bridge works. The project is financed in part by the UK Export Fund under Colas.
